Comida de 10, trato de 10 y sitio de 10. Nos habían hablado de la tortilla de Betanzos y pasamos solo por probarla (mi pareja y yo somos fanáticos de la tortilla). Íbamos sin reserva, de pasada, vimos el sitio y la pintaza de la comida y no dudamos en preguntar si tenían una mesa. Nos atendieron enseguida. Lo mejor el pulpo, la tortilla al estilo Betanzos, los pimientos y la tarta de queixo.
A la entrada de Betanzos después de una dura etapa del camino inglés hacia Santiago de Compostela paramos para hacer un receso y comer en el Bar cervecería Vázquez con un grato resultado.. Después de hacer la cerveza en la terraza exterior nos dirigimos al comedor con la mesa ya preparada somos un grupo de 12 personas. El menú completo con una muy buena relación precio calidad consiste en especialidades de la zona, con raciones generosas y bien cocinadas. El local es de nueva construcción limpio y ordenado con grandes ventanales. Una de sus ofertas es la cerveza de bodega además de una buena carta de vinos. El personal es amable y esmerado y el servicio es rápido. Dispone de dos salas de comedor interior y una amplia zona de terraza.
Estupendo sitio ...comimos una tortilla deliciosa ....no probé mas por que tenía poca hambre pero si la tortilla era asi de rica lo demás seguro ....ademas muy amables ...volveré un dia para comer en serio ...pero os lo recomiendo 100%
Fuimos a cenar ya que era de los pocos sitios que abrían más tarde de las 22:00 y fue todo un acierto. El trato ha sido muy bueno y la comida. Las croquetas eran melosas, el pulpo tenía muy buen sabor, la tortilla era poco cuajada como a nosotros nos gusta y el postre con la tarta de queso casera muy ligera ya coronó la noche.
Tuvimos un experiencia excelente. Éramos 6 adultos y 2 niños, y el camarero fue ágil, paciente y siempre dispuesto a aclarar dudas y atendernos. La comida estuvo espectacular. La tortilla de Betanzos es una maravilla para quienes les gusta la tortilla poco hecha (cosa que amablemente te advierten al pedir). Las zamburiñas fueron la estrella de la comida en general y, sin dudas, nuestro plato favorito. Recomendamos a todos quienes estén de paso en Betanzos .
Having read the reviews, we took a stroll to Bar Vázquez. I have to say we weren't disappointed. It was a top class menu del dia, and I have to give a special mention to our waitress, who was both very friendly and made sure all the tables were attended to. Buen trabajo
